11. Account Closure and Suspension

cylbet88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the Account.
• The Account holder has failed to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds in the Account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
